How do I sell or buy an item?

I wish to sell an item, what steps must I take?

The first thing you must do is register with TradeArt.

Then you must click on "List an Artwork" and fill out the appropriate details that are relevant to you.

When selling an item, a 15% commission fee will apply on anything sold (See our terms and conditions for details).

If you, as seller do not pay your commission fee debt within 3 working days after the date of your sale, TradeArt may, in its sole and absolute discretion suspend or terminate your membership without prejudice to TradeArts right to take and enforce debt recovery action against you. To avoid such an occurrence, TradeArt recommends that you purchase sufficient membership account credit during the process of registration and listing of items for sale.

Thier are NO listing fees for artwork!!!

I wish to buy an item, what steps must I take?

Five easy steps when buying an item:

1) View a listing
2) Click on “Purchase”
3) Verify your postal address
4) Click on “Confirm order”
5) Email sent to the owner to complete the purchase

Your purchase is un-retractable once you have clicked on “confirm order”. You are obliged to purchase this for the amount stated in the listing plus any postage costs
(This is dependent on the seller’s terms of sale).

You must make full and prompt payment for any item you buy.

If you request to purchase and do not pay for the item, you will receive a warning from TradeArt if the seller submits a complaint.
TradeArt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership indefinitely if this occurs more than once.
